Hello readers and welcome to my weekly inquiry blog discussing all things SURVIVOR!

Survivor has been on the air since 2000 which was 2 years before I was even born and last Wednesday the monumental 41st season premiered on our screens. I didn’t start watching the reality show until 2009 but from my first episode I completely fell in love. I don’t exactly know what it is about Survivor that keeps me coming back for more; it could be the fierce competition, intense challenges and strategy, or maybe I just enjoy watching people getting backstabbed on national television. As a giant superfan of the show I have seen many contestants leave their mark on the game and 38 winners have achieved the coveted title of Sole Survivor.

In fact the most recent completed season, (Pictured Above) was entitled Survivor: Winners at War where 20 previous winners returned to battle in a true all-star season. Even for the winners that didn’t return to compete, what’s truly amazing is that all of the winners took a different path to get to the very end of the game. But it wasn’t until I was watching the premiere of the 41st season last Wednesday that a question dawned on me “What is the best way to win Survivor?” Sure I just said that every winner of the show took a different path to win but that still doesn’t answer what is the best and sure-fire way to get that million dollar check and title. So I have decided to seek out the answer to that question and in the next few months every week I will be posting about a different element of the game and how some previous winners capitalized on that element to their advantage. After 10 weeks I will be posting a finalized piece detailing my findings, reflections, and the overall answer to my question.

So keep an eye out for my regular Sunday night Survivor posts and hopefully I can keep my fire lit with your support. Hope you guys have an amazing week and remember Survivor is on every Wednesday at 8pm Eastern (5pm Western).
